YEREVAN. – Amendments to the Electoral Code suppose rejection of ratings ballot and adoption of simple proportional system, deputy from Tsarukyan Gevorg Petrosyan said during a special session of the parliament.
He recalled that the draft amendments suppose the elimination of restrictions on the formation of coalitions and the extension of terms, ten instead of six.
