Acting Armenia’s Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan has arrived in Lebanon on a working visit, spokesperson for the ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on Facebook.

Tonoyan met with his Lebanese counterpart Yacoub Sarraf to discuss cooperation as well as regional and global security challenges. The ministers signed an agreement on military cooperation.

Armenian official laid flowers to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Tonoyan is also expected to meet with the Armenian peacekeepers.
