YEREVAN. – Overall, 350 convicts, including 13 foreigners, have been in amnestied in Armenia as of 13:00 Wednesday, Justice Ministry said in a statement.

A law on amnesty declared in connection with the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan and 100th anniversary of Armenia’s First Republic came into effect on November 6. It will apply to around 6,500 people.
