The delegation led by Armenian acting Defense Minister David Tonoyan headed to Kazakhstan in order to participate in the joint meeting of the CSTO Council of FMs, the Council of Ministers of Defense and the Council of Security Secretaries of the CSTO.
The meeting is scheduled for November 8 in Astana, the Defense Ministry’s press service reported.
