YEREVAN. – Mayor of Gyumri Samvel Balasanyan as well as his sons will not participate in the early parliamentary elections.
Asked who he is going to vote for, Balasanyan said he will vote for “his good friend, Feliks Tsolakyan”.
Tsolakyan, acting Emergency Situations Minister, said he would run in the elections in the list of the Civil Contract party led by Nikol Pashinyan.
