More than 30 civilians, mostly women and children, were victims of air strikes of the international coalition on Syria’s eastern province of Dayr al-Zawr, PressTv reported.
As local sources told SANA, the aviation of the illegal coalition headed by the United States attacked the homes of Al-Shaafa. The number of victims may increase due to the scale of the destruction and the difficulty of removing the victims from the ruins.
Syria has repeatedly appealed to the Secretary General and the Chair of the UN Security Council with a call to help stop the air strikes by a coalition led by Washington, to create an independent international mechanism to investigate these crimes and punish those responsible.
