The Armenian representative is ready to continue fulfilling his duties as the CSTO Secretary General, Armenian acting Defense Minister David Tonoyan told reporters.

“Armenia is ready to continue to fulfill the duties of the CSTO secretary general. That is, to appoint a new representative for this post,” he said.

According to him, there are no preconditions for Armenia to withdraw from the CSTO, RIA Novosti reported.

As reported earlier, Armenia recalled its representative Yuri Khachaturov from the post of the CSTO Secretary General.
