US President Donald Trump and US first lady Melania Trump did not speak the prayer The Apostles' Creed during the funeral of George H.W. Bush, Washington Post reported.

According to the source, video from the funeral captured a front row of presidents at Washington National Cathedral, standing and reciting it.

Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama along with their wives glanced up and down from the programs they held in front of them and spoke the prayer, while the President Trump stood, with the program in his left hand, his lips not moving. Melania Trump also did not speak, nor did she hold a program.

CNN commentator Keith Boykin posted a clip of the moment, writing about Trump alongside the video: “This is your "Christian" evangelical president.”
