Armenia will assume presidency of the Eurasian Economic Union next year. The announcement was made during the Eurasian Union summit attended by acting PM Nikol Pashinyan.

The leaders of member states are summing up the activities of 2018 when Russia was presiding over the organization. The participants discussed further strengthening of the Eurasian integration, including the areas of trade, energy and digital economy. I
