Armenia’s acting Foreign Minister met with Josep Borrell, Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation.

The sides discussed issues of bilateral agenda and noted importance of holding consultations between the ministries and exchange of high-level visits. They expressed readiness to deepen relations, adding that priority areas are trade, energy, infrastructure, education and IT.

The interlocutors touched upon the Armenia-EU relations and the Karabakh settlement. Mnatsakanyan presented Armenia’s position and approaches.
