Do you know how much I’ve dreamed of today? I’ve always considered fair elections extremely important, that there will be fair elections in the country, [and] everything will fall into place in the country.

Republic Party leader, MP and ex-PM Aram Sargsyan, who heads the electoral list of “We” Alliance—which comprises the Republic and the Free Democrats Parties—in the snap parliamentary election in Armenia, told the above-said to reporters, after he voted Sunday.

“I’ve always held the view that the way out [of Armenia’s challenges] is both in the hall and outside,” he said. “And the way to giving good results is being united.”

And speaking on the snap parliamentary election campaign season, Sargsyan noted that it was the best one in all the elections he had ever participated in.

“[But] the only drawback I’ve always complained about, that was the short time [provided for this campaigning],” the “We” Alliance leader added, in particular.
