YEREVAN.- The Armenian National Congress (ANC) congratulates My Step bloc and its leader Nikol Pashinyan on the election victory.

"Undoubtedly, the main achievement is that the Armenian people again became the main participant in the political processes. This is only the beginning. Free and fair elections are necessary, but this is not a sufficient condition for democratization and development of the country. The new authorities are facing serious choices - to ensure the security of Armenia and Artsakh, eradicate corruption and establish justice, develop the economy, strengthen the institutions of civil society, adopt the new Tax and Electoral Code.

The Armenian National Congress will do everything to ensure the realization of the goals of the revolution and to overcome the challenges,” ANC noted.
