The Executive Council of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) made a decision dissolving the ARF-D chapter in the Shirak region, Armenia.
According to the Aram Hakobyan, a member of the ARF-D committee in Gyumri, the committee "has decided to make its activities in the Shirak office more transparent."
"There are problems within the party. The regional committee is not operating, but it is a matter of time," he said.
Karen Galstyan, Information Officer, ARF-D chapter in Gyumri, said that the local chapter members had clashes.
"They had conflicts over high posts, and the Executive Council got angry and decided to dissolve the regional and city chapters," he said.
