Armenian acting PM Nikol Pashinyan hopes to maintain the dynamics of Yerevan-Moscow relations.

“I am also very glad to see you, to see our colleagues. I’ve actually lost the count of our meetings,” acting PM said adding that he had been told that he was one of the most frequently visiting foreign leaders in Russia.

“I’m sure this highlights the context of our special strategic relationship. I am sure that this dynamic of relations will continue and develop. We are also waiting for your official visit to Armenia next year,” he added.

Armenian acting PM noted that the interest of Russian tourists is growing, in particular, towards Armenia. According to Russian media, Armenia is the most popular destination for Russian tourists during the holiday season, and in comparison with last year the flow of tourists will grow by 70 percent, the acting PM said.

Pashinyan recalled that recently snap elections were held in Armenia.

“We are positively disposed towards our further economic relations. We are committed to further integration within the Eurasian Economic Union, and we take our chairmanship in the Eurasian Economic Union very seriously. I am confident that as a result of our chairmanship we will have even more effective integration within the Eurasian Economic Union,” he added.
