STEPANAKERT.- Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan convened on Friday a working consultation dedicated to the issues of maintaining normal functioning of the state structures during the New Year holidays and proper organization of the planned events, the president's office reported.
National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, minister of state Grigory Martirosyan and other officials participated in the consultation.
