Outgoing President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ara Babloyan, has issued a congratulatory message to Armenians, on the New Year and Christmas holidays.

“In the year 2018 which is coming to a close, we [Armenia] entered a new phase of transformations of the political and social life,” Babloyan’s message reads, in particular. “And may the year 2019 become a year of bringing our ideas for the future to fruition.”
