Armenia's Acting PM Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the gas explosion in a residential building in the city of Magnitogorsk, Russia.

Nikol Pashinyan’s message reads, in part, “We were deeply saddened to learn about  the tragedy that occurred in Magnitogorsk. On behalf of the Armenian people, I'm  asking you to convey our deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims."
