The U.S. President Donald Trump called productive the budget talks between Vice PM Mike Pence and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer.
Trump added that many details of Border Security were discussed.
V.P. Mike Pence and group had a productive meeting with the Schumer/Pelosi representatives today. Many details of Border Security were discussed. We are now planning a Steel Barrier rather than concrete. It is both stronger & less obtrusive. Good solution, and made in the U.S.A.

Some federal departments, including State Department, Department of Justice cut their work because of the lack of approved budget by the Congress. The stumbling point is Trump's demand to build a wall on the border and increase funds for the border security.
