YEREVAN. – The question of Russian gas supplies to Armenia is open, and the talks may resume, action Deputy PM Ararat Mirzoyan told reporters.

The Armenian government is in contact with the Russian side, said Mirzoyan who is going to give up his post after receiving an MP mandate.

“It is hard to make predictions now. I can guarantee that Nikol Pashinyan [acting PM] and Mher Grigoryan [acting Deputy PM] and other officials involved are doing their best to ensure the most favorable option for Armenia,” he assured.

Russia has lifted gas price by $15 drams per 1,000 cubic meters.
