The causes of self-withdrawal of judge Nelly Baghdasaryan are known, second president Robert Kocharyan’s defense team said in a statement.

The decision of the court has been provided to the lawyers today.

The decision is grounded with the circumstance that judge Nelly Baghdasaryan has self-withdrawn during the examination  of the case of other defendant of March 1 criminal case Vahagn Harutyunyan, thus she considered it necessary to self-withdraw in Kocharyan’s case as well.

Judge Baghdasaryan also expressed conviction that her self-withdrawal may not have any negative consequences.
