Germany has banned Iranian Mahan Air airline flights to Germany, the representative of the German Transport Ministry told reporters on Monday.

The German ban on the airline takes immediate effect, a foreign ministry spokesman said, Reuters reported. 

According to the German MFA representative, Berlin proceeds supporting the Iranian nuclear deal, however Iran’s destabilizing activities in the region, like the ballistic program, are unacceptable.
