STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Tuesday received Jean-Michel Ekherian, a member of the Union of Armenian Doctors of France, and President of the “Hay-Med” Medical Humanitarian Association.

Healthcare issues were discussed at the talk, which Republic of Artsakh Minister of Health Arayik Baghryan also attended, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, the President expressed gratitude to Ekherian for his consistent support to Artsakh and implementation of several philanthropic projects in health care, and presented the Vachagan Barepasht (King Vachagan III the Pious) Medal to him.
