The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed a decree.

Accordingly, based on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s proposal under the constitution, ex-Foreign Minister Alexander Arzoumanian has been appointed Armenia’s ambassador to Sweden, with diplomatic residence in the Swedish capital city of Stockholm.

Arzoumanian will concurrently serve as Armenia’s ambassador to Denmark and Norway.
