Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Masis Mayilian, on Monday received the outgoing Artsakh Program Manager of the international non-government organization The HALO Trust, Charles Fawle, and newly appointed Program Manager Askanaz Hambartzumyan.

Fawle expressed his gratitude to the Artsakh authorities for their cooperation with and support of the activities of the organization on humanitarian demining in the republic, and introduced Hambartzumyan to the FM.

The sides discussed The HALO Trust activities on humanitarian demining in Artsakh, and the implementation of forthcoming programs.

The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between The HALO Trust and the relevant state agencies of Artsakh.

The HALO Trust Regional Director of Michael Newton also participated in the talk.
