The interdepartmental commission held a session on the issues of prisoners, hostages and missing persons. The meeting was chaired by the head of the commission, Minister of Defense David Tonoyan, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reported.

As it was noted, organizational issues related to the commission’s work were discussed. Participation of public organizations in the work of the commission was one of the topics of the meeting.

The head of the commission informed about the situation with the citizens of Armenia who are in the Azerbaijani captivity and the possible development of the situation. Tonoyan also stressed the importance of continuing the search for missing persons.
