A mud volcano erupted in the Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan, Trend reported.

According to the representative of the Gushchu village, Bashir Bakhramov, the eruption occurred 150 meters from the village.

Emission height reached about 4-5m. The rocks spread around the perimeter of 1000-1500 meters.
