The “weather” is very good in our relations.

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday stated the above-said during his joint statement, together with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, before the media in Tehran. 

“We [the visiting Armenian delegation] already sense and know from the first minutes of the visit that we have come to a friendly country,” he said, in particular. “And we hope that, from the interactions with us, the Iranian colleagues have recorded that they have received a representative delegation of a friendly country.

“Not only representatives of the executive body, but also of all the political forces represented in the parliament are included in our delegation, [and] which stresses the importance that the political forces of our country attach to Armenian-Iranian relations.

“The special nature of our relations is stressed also by the presence of the active Armenian community in Iran. And I want to thank once again to the Iranian government for the disposition they have towards our compatriots in Iran.”
