YEREVAN. – According to the reliable sources of Past (Fact) newspaper of Armenia, Vitaly Balasanyan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), will run in Artsakh’s presidential election to be conducted in 2020, the newspaper reported.
“Our sources in Artsakh note that the congress of the Justice Party will take place soon, and during which Vitaly Balasanyan will be nominated presidential candidate.
“[But] to remind that, still a month ago, Balasanyan had stated that he still has [made] no final decision [as to whether to run for president],” Past wrote.
