The volume of trade turnover in Armenia increased in January by 19.3% compared with the same period last year.

It has reached 187.8 billion drams. In comparison with December, the increase was 48.9%.

The growth in the retail sector was 10.3%, in the wholesale 31.4%. The growth in turnover through the stores of the total retail trade is 76%, through consumer markets 5%, and agricultural markets less than 1%.

The growth of services amounted to 15.6%, reaching 130.5 billion drams.
