The statement by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs suggests that the mediators first of all want to preserve peace in the region, spokesperson for  Artsakh president David Babayan said during Facebook live stream.

According to him, the co-chairs realize that it is early to speak about the final settlement as it is possibly only with the participation of Stepanakert in talks
