According to the information released by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia, on 10 March, two Armenian citizens of the Russian Federation were wounded during shootings in the town of Frolovo of the Volgograd Oblast of the Russian Federation.

The incident led to the death of a Russian citizen of the Russian Federation.

On 10 March, a massive beating with firearms took place near the town of Frolovo of Volgograd, leaving 1 dead and 3 wounded.

The source told law-enforcement authorities that the reason behind the shooting was the dispute that some Dagestani citizen started. Six citizens of Dagestan arrived to clarify the issue. They entered a store in Frolovo belonging to an Armenian-Azerbaijani family. All the participants of the dispute from the Armenian-Azerbaijani family are businessmen doing trade.

According to one of the participants, the Dagestani citizens were the first to open fire, and the shootings led to the death of E., an Armenian, who was a businessman doing trade in Frolovo

There are three wounded people in the hospital. They are two Dagestani citizens, including the boy who was the first to open fire, and V., representative of the Armenian-Azerbaijani family. The boy is usually referred to as a boxer and is in extremely grave condition.
