A man in Armenia stabbed his father several times and killed him, on March 10.

According to shamshyan.com, the Investigative Committee on Tuesday filed a petition with the court, requesting that Jrvezh village resident Gevorg Cholakhyan, 36, be remanded in custody on suspicion of killing his father, Melkon Cholakhyan, 64,

The court granted the petition, and ordered that Gevorg Cholakhyan be transferred from the courtroom to a penitentiary.
