YEREVAN. – NATO wants to see a strong Armenia.
Rosaria Puglisi, Head of Office at NATO Liaison Office in Georgia/NATO Liaison Office in the South Caucasus, on Thursday noted about the aforementioned at a conference in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.
The conference was devoted to enhancing discipline, honor, and dignity in the armed forces.
The NATO representative recalled that Armenia joined the respective program in 2013, and that it is aimed at assisting partner countries to change from within for the fight against corruption.
Also, Puglisi stressed that a strong Armenia corresponds to the interests of NATO.
She added that NATO’s close cooperation with Armenia continues, and that the country has already amassed some positive knowhow in improvement of governance.
