One person was killed as two light single-engine aircraft collided at Compton / Woodley Airport in the US state of California, News Nation reported.
The incident occurred on Wednesday evening, the corresponding message was received by the fire services at about 7pm local time. Two light aircraft collided, causing one of them to catch fire.
The cause of the incident has been unclear yet.
