Police have detained 22 citizens protesting against the dismantling of cafes built in the area near the Opera House, reports the press service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia to NEWS.am.

“Six of them have been released,” the press service reported.

Nineteen citizens were taken to police stations after a clash between police officers and demonstrators and were later released.
