A man was found dead Thursday at a landfill in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that, at 7:10pm, the 911 emergency hotline received a report that a dead body was found in a pit near the Nubarashen landfill, and rescuers were needed the get the body out and carry it to an ambulance that transports dead bodies.

A rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the dead body of a man—who was born in 1963—out of the pit, and carried to the aforesaid ambulance.

According to shamshyan.com, this person was Boris Margaryan, a resident of Nor Kharberd village in Ararat Province, and the police had declared him missing since Thursday morning.

According to the preliminary conclusion of a forensic doctor, no traces of violence have been found on the body.

A 100ml transparent plastic bottle was found next to the body.

Several forensic examinations have been ordered.
