Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Avag Avanesyan today received a group of Indian businessmen.

As reported the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments to NEWS.am, the investors stated that they are planning on making investments in several sectors in Armenia and are particularly interested in trade, service and industry.

At the guests’ request, the deputy minister presented Armenia’s investment attractions and privileged external markets. Avag Avanesyan drew the investors’ attention to the privileges that the government grants for investment projects.

The businessmen asked about the tax and customs regulations and the investment legislation in Armenia.

At the end of the meeting, the participants reached an agreement to continue discussions on the programs of the investors’ interest and the regulations.
