Armenian President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to his Georgian counterpart Salome Zourabichvili on her birthday, Armenian President’s press service reported.


According to him, the President highlighted the traditional friendly relations between the Armenian and Georgian peoples, as well as touch upon the prospects for cooperation between our countries.

The President wished Salome Zourabichvili sound health, well-being and new successes.

As reported earlier, Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili has arrived in Armenia on a two-day official visit at the invitation of President Armen Sarkissian.

The delegation led by Zourabichvili visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in capital city Yerevan, to pay tribute to the victims of this tragedy.
