This is what Acting Diaspora Minister on Office of High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs said during the March 20 session of the Standing Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport Affairs of the National Assembly, responding to the question of deputies on whether Syrian-Armenians are participating in the programs being carried out within the scope of his ministry or not.
