Leader of the Oppositional Platform for Life Party Vadim Rabinovich urged to dissolve the office of president of Ukraine during an interview on 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“If we care about Ukraine and its future, it would be ideal for the Rada to save the country in the remaining period before the parliamentary elections by eliminating the office of president,” the Deputy of the Rada said.

The MP stated that no president of Ukraine has left the post with honor.

Earlier, Rabinovich had recommended holding a referendum to eliminate the office of president. In 2017, he informed that the model of parliamentary governance will be more appropriate for the country.
