YEREVAN.- Yerevan court of general jurisdiction chaired by judge Arman Hovhannisyan rejected on Monday the complaint filed by Armenian second president Robert Kocharyan's defense team, the team reports.

Earlier it was reported that Kocharyan's defense team filed a petition to the Special Investigation Service to clarify Robert Kocharyan's charge, which, however, was rejected by the SIS. The defense team appealed to the court.
