YEREVAN. – Hraparak (Square) newspaper’s sources in Moscow report that the Azerbaijani president has transmitted a “fat” folder to Kremlin, and which comprises all the anti-Russian and anti-Putin events and statements which Republic of Armenia (RA) Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan has attended and made in recent years, prior to his being appointed to this position, according to the newspaper.

“Thus, the Azerbaijani authorities are attempting to not only prove that Grigoryan has been a sworn anti-Russian (…), but also are attempting to cast doubt on the RA authorities that if they have not removed Armen Grigoryan from office during this time, then it is the entire RA authorities that are on the anti-Russian line,” Hraparak wrote.
