YEREVAN. – The Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, on Tuesday delivered a lecture during the operative assembly of the headship of the Armenian Armed Forces—and at the Ministry of Defense (MOD).

The minister spoke about the key issues of the policy aimed at the development of territorial administration and local self-governance, community development programs, and the systemic measures being taken to resolve the existing issues in Armenia, the MOD informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
