YEREVAN. – The Defense Minister of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, on Friday evening met with Greek Minister of National Defense Evangelos Apostolakis, and Cypriot Minister of Defense of Savvas Angelides.

During this meeting within the framework of trilateral defense cooperation between Armenia, Greece and Cyprus, the three defense ministers conferred on the course of implementation of the arrangements that were made earlier, regional security, possible military and political developments, and forthcoming joint projects, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, agreements were reached toward more closely cooperating in several domains of mutual interest.

In addition, the Armenian defense minister presented to his colleagues some details on Armenia’s current humanitarian mission in Syria.
