Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Ashot Ghulyan has conveyed a message on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Four-Day Artsakh War. The message particularly reads as follows:

“The constant flow of Armenians rushing to Artsakh in April 2016 was a clear message to the world that our presence on this land is eternal and irrefutable. There wre representatives of several generations fighting next to each other on the battlefield, thousands of people standing in line at a square with the desire to reach the military frontline as soon as possible and citizens united for the defense of soldiers and the homeland — everyone was aware of his responsibility and had the willingness.

This was our clear and natural response to the enemy’s actions that posed a threat to our existence, freedom and independence. Even three years after the war, this is our formula for living.

Glory and honor to our heroes who fell in the Four-Day Artsakh War and our respect to their families.”
