On 2 April, third President of the Republic of Armenia, leader of the Republican Party of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan failed to respond to journalists’ questions at Yerablur Military Pantheon, just like last time.

He was asked dozens of questions, but he silently visited the tombs of the victims of the Four-Day Artsakh War and laid flowers.

When one of the journalists told him that there were rumors that the Four-Day Artsakh War was planned, Serzh Sargsyan said the following: “I have nothing to do with sick people.”

When asked when he would finally speak, he said: “When the time comes, I will.”

When he was sitting in a car, the third President of the Republic of Armenia addressed all the gathered, said good-bye and left.
