I have directly instructed to institute a criminal case in relation to alleged misuse committed by one of my close relatives. This is what Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“I don’t want to leave the impression of a masochist, but I would like to inform that I have personally instructed to institute a criminal case in relation to alleged misuse committed by one of my close relatives.

There is no doubt that the case will be fully investigated and the guilty will be subjected to liability provided for by law.

This is new Armenia, and any close relative of the Prime Minister can’t be above the law or be privileged,” Pashinyan’s Facebook post reads.
