President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree according to which Khachatur Khachatryan has been appointed Head of the Military University after Vazgen Sargsyan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

The President’s decree particularly reads as follows:

“Taking as a basis the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 35.1 and point 1 of part 1 of Article 36 of the Law “On military service and status of military servicemen”:

To appoint Khachatur Khachatryan Head of the Military University after Vazgen Sargsyan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.”
