If constitutional order was overthrown on 1 March 200, who restored it? Is constitutional order restored now? This is what leader of Yerkir Tsirani Party Zaruhi Postanjyan said during an April 11 press conference.

“Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan declared that the case of the events of 1 March 2008 is fully revealed, but now we see that he rejects that and says that the case is not fully revealed. This man is either lying, or he is not informed, or he doesn’t understand what he’s saying. Of course, the case of 1 March 2008 is not revealed,” she said.

Postanjyan stresses the fact that there should have been criminal prosecution against third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan as well. “There is a problem with the charge of overthrowing constitutional order that was brought up against second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan. Our political party believes constitutional order has not been restored to this day. After the overthrow of constitutional order, Serzh Sargsyan appropriated power, but why is there no criminal prosecution against him?”
