Foreign Minister of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Elmar Mammadyarov and Sergey Lavrov met in Moscow on Monday.

Armenian and Russian foreign ministers held a separate meeting.

Later on the meeting continued with participation of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

Former Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Judicial Acts of Armenia, former MP Mihran Poghosyan has been included in the offshore scandal case as an accused-on-trial.

As a result, Mihran Poghosyan confiscated a sum in particularly large amounts from the funds of the state budget by using his position and through squander.

On 13 April 2019, the investigator of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia filed a motion to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan to choose remand as a preventive measure against Mihran Poghosyan. The Special Investigation Service has declared a search.

A candlelight vigil was held Sunday outside the White House, and which reminded to the US president of the demand to recognize Armenian Genocide.

This time the participants in the candlelight vigil also expressed a special gratitude to the US states that had a special contribution in helping the Armenian people who had suffered from the genocide a century ago.

President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili visited Armenian Surb Khach church during her visit to Armenian-populated Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia.

The visit was not planned, and Zourabichvili decided to visit the church when she learned that the Armenian Apostolic Church was celebrating Palm Sunday.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko conveyed his greetings to Armenian PM when speaking at the stadium in Kyiv.

Poroshenko stated that he has met with Pashinyan several times at various international forums and has expressed his support to the reforms of the “new President of Armenia”, stating that he hopes “everything works out for Pashinyan”. Poroshenko stated that Armenia and Ukraine have great potential for the development of cooperation in the spheres of economy, human contacts and culture.

Talking about the Armenian community of Ukraine, Poroshenko stated that he is always inclined to make sure the citizens of Ukraine of Armenian descent feel at home.
